No two people experience pain the same way. Watch the video to learn why.

Did you know there's no actual "pain center" in the brain? And because we don't have a "pain center" treating people in pain can be a difficult and complicated task for any medical professional. Pain is what doctors call, "multifactorial." That means it's dependent on a number of factors or causes, including the fact that your own personal beliefs play a large role in how you experience pain. And because of that, it's literally impossible for any two people to feel the same type or intensity of pain. But there is hope!

If you are tired of suffering it's time to learn hypnosis. The great news is, since your brain is creating your pain experience, you can learn how to "talk to your brain and instruct it to turn off or dial it down. Yes! It is within your power to do so. Schedule a free consultation to learn how you can turn off or turn down the pain forever.

Pain Relief - Although pain is an important signal from the body that something needs attention, and no unusual pain should just be ignored, it is useful to remember that the experience of pain always includes a psychological component. And that means that you can influence the experience of pain. In this session, you’ll  learn how to use your mind to “dial down” the pain.

Painful Joints – People who suffer with stiff joints and others with painful conditions often imagine that pain is a fixed symptom of their condition, and may also be under the impression that only medication and stoicism can help them bear their pain. In this session, you will learn to improve your level of control over painful joints so you can feel comfortable in spite of your condition.

Chronic Pain Management - Pain is an unpredictable phenomenon, but it helps to know that perception of pain is something that can be significantly altered through carefully directed attention. In this session you will become aware that all is not as hopeless as you may have feared, and that you can actually look forward to feeling much better.

CRPS - Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome is not fully understood, but it can have a very big impact on people's lives as they struggle with inordinate levels of pain. Painkillers and physiotherapy are common forms of treatment, and hypnosis has also been found to be particularly helpful. This session offers a structured approach to hypnotically influencing CRPS symptoms that people can use for themselves via learned self-hypnosis. NOTE: CRPS - is a medical term - as per law, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, we can however, help you use your inner strength to dial down your pain.

Fibromyalgia-like Pain - Fibromyalgia is a complex medical condition characterized by painful joints and muscles and a number of tender points around the body. Its effects can be severely debilitating and life limiting. The physical problems are often compounded by poor sleep patterns and depression. Stress can have a marked impact on the level of pain that we experience, and this is also true for Fibromyalgia. Hypnosis can reduce pain by reducing stress levels and by working directly on the experience of pain.

Hip Pain Relief - Living with chronic pain can be very debilitating and exhausting, and hip pain is one of the most common forms of chronic pain. The causes of hip pain are many, and accurate medical diagnosis and treatment should always be sought. However, once everything that can be done has been done, there may still be a legacy of pain to deal with. In this session, you’ll learn how the powers of the subconscious can be used to radically affect the level of comfort that is experienced.

Knee Pain – Pain in the knees can make walking, standing, sitting and even lying down torture. Which doesn't leave you many more options. Of course, the causes of knee pain are many, and accurate medical diagnosis and treatment should always be sought. In this session, you’ll learn that previously intolerable knee pain can be converted into an altogether more comfortable experience.

Lower Back Pain Relief - Back pain is extremely common, and the older you get the more likely you are to experience it. It is one of the most common reasons for taking time off work. Of course, any specific instance of pain in the back could be due to any number of causes, and a qualified medical practitioner should properly investigate persistent pain. But there are also other effective ways of relieving back pain. This session will help you to develop your skills in managing and relieving pain, in conjunction with any medical treatment you might be receiving.

Myofascial Pain Syndrome - Chronic pain may be caused by and set off by many different things. 'Myofascial pain' refers to pain which is commonly associated with 'trigger points' in the body and which affects the myofascial tissue - soft tissue that permeates the body and surrounds muscles, bones, organs, nerves, and blood vessels. Although no lab test exists which can specifically diagnose myofascial pain, it is recognized to be a common problem. Sufferers appear to be affected by an alteration in their pain threshold. Once all medical issues have been appropriately dealt with, hypnosis can be very helpful in easing the difficulties faced by sufferers. This session was developed specifically to help sufferers of myofascial pain improve their levels of comfort and enjoy life more.

Neuropathic Pain - Neuropathic pain is one of the most difficult kinds of pain experience to relieve, because it is commonly unresponsive to normal forms of pain relief. Often there is no 'physical' source of the pain, and the painful sensations are the result of faulty pain signals being sent to the brain by damaged nerves. Although such conditions need to be treated by appropriate medical practitioners, the management of symptoms can be significantly helped using hypnotic approaches.  This session offers a way for sufferers to learn powerful self-hypnotic techniques to modify their experience of pain.

Rheumatoid Arthritis - Rheumatoid arthritis is a medical term for an autoimmune disorder where the immune system mistakenly identifies joint tissue as foreign tissue, and attacks the joints as if they were an invasive virus or bacteria, causing pain, stiffness and swelling. It's a very difficult condition to live with. Treatments include drugs and physiotherapy and dietary approaches, of course, and it has also been found that the immune system can be 'retrained' to correct itself and return to normal functioning. This session provides a tool for immune system retraining that you can use for yourself.

Shingles Pain Relief - People who have had chickenpox are at risk of developing shingles at some stage in life. This is because the virus that caused the chickenpox does not leave the body when the illness is over, but remains dormant. For one in five people, something will reactivate the virus, and an episode of shingles will be initiated. There are a number of effective treatments for shingles and medical help should be sought as soon as possible. However, these treatments have little effect on the painful symptoms that may be experienced both during and after the episode. Hypnosis offers an additional non-medical way to manage and reduce shingles pain that anybody can use safely.

TMJ Pain Relief – This disorder affects the joint that manipulates the jaw and thus can have painful effects on biting, chewing, laughing, speaking, and even yawning. Symptoms are highly varied and can range from headaches, to ringing in the ears, to acute or chronic pain in the jaw. There is no one specific treatment and sufferers often have to learn to 'live with it'. This session will help TMJ sufferers 'live with it' more comfortably by learning to manage their emotional response and influence their physical symptoms.
