We are committed to providing our clients with excellent care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
Our cancellation policy is pretty straight forward. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please let us know.
We ask that you call us at (317) 373-1315 by 2:00 pm two days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 pm on Thursday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. If you request, we will send you a reminder email or text three days prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel two times for any reason in a four month period, we reserve the right to withhold future service.
Group Session Clients:
You are reserving a chair for a specific type of service for a specific period of time. Sessions are sequential so NO REFUNDS are offered for any missed session. However, we will email your weekly homework recording via DropBox and if handouts were provided to your class, you will receive those as well.
Please look at the sessions posted dates. If you feel you cannot attend all of the sessions, please choose a time that better accommodates your schedule.
We recognize some people tend to run late - however, this is NOT the place you want to do that! Our aim is to run on time and ease our clients into a hypnotic state. If you arrive late, you will interrupt their session and we will not be able to get you into hypnosis without disrupting the entire class.
An on time arrival is 10 minutes prior to the posted start time of the session. If your session is scheduled for 9:00 AM, you should arrive no later than 8:50 am. This will give you an opportunity to settle in and even utilize our HRV equipment to lower your stress level!
Our door will close and lock at the scheduled time for class. Again - DO NOT ARRIVE LATE! You will NOT be offered a refund for any missed class due to tardiness. This policy is firm.
